FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A DEPOSIT is required for services below & will be deducted from your total. Requests for makeup appointments before or after the hours listed on my booking page can be made, but will be an EXTRA charge of $20 added to the service of your choice. Select "Early/Late Appt" add-on when booking. Business hours are listed above.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
I will travel upon request.
Travel fee starts at $65 (covers 25 mile radius from zip code 30350/ round trip).
*Additional Travel (Fee beyond 25 mile radius) $0.60 per mile/round trip.
If booking for a party, the travel fee needs to only be paid once.
Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made within 48 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT. This courtesy will result in you being able to have your deposit credited towards your next scheduled appointment.
This does not apply to same day cancellation! “NO SHOW” clients will be charged 100% of the balance for my loss of time, no exceptions.
If cancellation is due to makeup artist, a full refund of all monies/deposits paid will be provided to client within 3-5 business days

You will be automatically charged a LATE FEE of $15 after 15 minutes of your scheduled time of tardiness will be issued. After 15 mins, your appointment will be cancelled.
*LATE POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED*
Please come with a CLEAN FACE. Failure to do so will slow down the time needed for your appt. Please be courteous of others as well.
GROOMING: Make sure brows are groomed and unwanted facial hair removed.
ENCOURAGE: NO extra guests
DISTRACTIONS: Phone use is restricted while being serviced unless it's an emergency. This is so the makeup service can flow within the allotted time frame of each appointment without distractions.
